What is covered?
Kirsch® is proud to extend a lifetime limited warranty on all Kirsch® Drapery Hardware products manufactured after July 1, 1995 using all Kirsch® components.
Who is covered?
This warranty extends to the original residential retail purchaser.
Who is not covered?
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage or loss caused by accidents; alterations; misuse; abuse or extraordinary use; exposure to salt air; insect damage; improper installation; cleaning or other maintenance. Warranties shall cease to be in effect if product has been moved from its original place of installation. All fabrics and woods will gradually lose color intensity after long exposure to the sun. This color loss is not covered by the warranty. When left for extended periods of time in direct sunlight, plastics tend to yellow or crack. All cords will eventually wear out. Kirsch® considers these things normal wear and tear not covered by this warranty. Warranties do not cover removal, installation, replacement or shipping costs.
For how long?
The warranty coverage will be for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. Any implied warranties are limited in duration to the time during which the original retail purchaser owns the product. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
What we will do to correct defects.
If a Kirsch® product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will at our discretion, either repair or replace, without charge, the defective product. Discontinued items will be replaced with the closest equivalent current product.
No liability for incidental or consequential damages.
Repair or replacement of defective products is the sole remedy under this warranty and in no event shall Kirsch® be liable for costs to remove, transport or reinstall the product, or incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Your right under state law.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
How to get service.
To obtain service under this warranty, return the product along with the original sales receipt to the dealer from which it was purchased. You will be responsible for transporting the product to and from the dealer.

Our Warranty To You
Once you are satisfied with your new Graber® drapery hardware and the way it is installed in your home, Springs Window Fashions warrants that your drapery hardware will be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for as long as you own it.
<Our Obligations To You
Springs Window Fashions will repair or replace any defective Graber drapery hardware and mail the repaired or replaced items back to you anywhere in the continental United States at no charge.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not apply to defects caused by accident, alteration, improper use, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions for measuring, installing, or using Graber drapery hardware.

Warranty
All Design Elements Group products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship so long as the product is measured and installed according to the product instructions. In the unlikely event that warranty service is needed, simply contact us and we will arrange for a repair or replacement as quickly as possible. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage from mishandling, abuse or exposure due to climatic conditions.
